Delete in the App
Open “Account & Privacy” in the app and choose “Delete Account.” Check the confirmation box for permanent deletion, enter DELETE, and submit. This removes your email account, sign-in sessions, private quit-smoking journey records, character progress, rewards, and equipment saves.
To protect your account, if more than 15 minutes have passed since your last sign-in, the system may ask you to verify your sign-in again before returning to the deletion screen and submitting your request. Once deletion is complete, you cannot sign in to that account or recover its deleted cloud saves.
Request Manual Deletion if You Cannot Sign In
If you cannot use the app, email support@unlithero.app from the email address on your account. You can use “Account deletion request” as the subject. Tell us that you want your UnlitHero account deleted. We will take the steps needed to verify that you control the account before processing your request.
Do not include sign-in verification codes, passwords, or unnecessary quit-smoking journal entries in your email. If you can no longer use the original email address, explain that in your message and we will reply with the next steps for identity verification.
Deletion Scope and Backups
After you confirm deletion, the primary D1 database deletes your account and the sign-in sessions, quit-smoking journey information, daily attempts, game progress, and equipment information linked to your account user ID.
Service-provider backup copies may remain for a time under the provider’s overwrite cycle; account deletion does not guarantee that backups are cleared immediately. JSON export files you previously downloaded, saved, or shared with another app are also not automatically removed when you delete your account. Please manage those copies yourself.
