I Didn’t Receive a Sign-In Code
Check that your email address is correct, then look in your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot sign in, email us from the address registered to your account and briefly describe when the issue occurred and the error message you saw. Never send your one-time verification code or password to anyone.
Export or Delete Your Account
Open “Account & Privacy” in the app to export your information or delete your account. To delete it, check the confirmation box, enter DELETE, and submit the request. To protect your account, the service may ask you to verify your sign-in again if more than 15 minutes have passed since your last sign-in.
If you cannot sign in, email us from your account email address to request manual deletion. We will take the steps needed to verify that you control the account before processing the request. See Delete Account for details.
Daily Reminders
Daily reminders are scheduled locally on your iOS or Android device. Manage them in the app’s “Account & Privacy” settings or in your device’s notification permissions. Declining notification permission does not affect other app features.
Tell Us About a Problem
When describing an issue, you can include the app version, phone model, operating system version, steps that led to the issue, and any error message. Please leave out unnecessary personal information. Do not send sign-in codes, passwords, your quit-smoking journal, or other private health information.
