Accounts and Security
Sign in with a one-time verification code sent by email. Use an address where you can receive email, and keep your code and signed-in devices secure. Do not share your code with anyone. If you notice unauthorized account activity, contact us through Support.
You may keep accurate records of your journey stage, dates, smoking, daily attempts, and reflections. Do not try to access another person’s account or interfere with the service. Your private quit-smoking journey is not shown to other players by default.
Scope of Health Features
UnlitHero provides quit-smoking action planning, personal records, and a role-playing game. It does not provide medical diagnoses, individual assessments of treatment effectiveness, or prescriptions, and its content does not promise that you will quit smoking.
Follow the treatment plan and instructions from your healthcare professional. The app does not issue or adjust prescriptions, and it does not award rewards based on medication names, doses, or quantities. You choose whether to use the app’s daily support features.
Records, Characters, and Adventures
Support actions that you confirm completing may earn character experience, materials, or equipment under the app’s rules. Battle results, play time, and whether you take part in an adventure do not represent smoking-cessation outcomes and are not requirements for earning support-action rewards.
If you smoke again or update your records, previously earned game rewards are not taken away. Game saves show character growth; they do not replace your real quit-smoking records or care from a healthcare professional.
Reminders, Exports, and Account Deletion
You choose whether to enable daily reminders, which are scheduled locally by your iOS or Android device. You can turn them off at any time. Data exports are JSON files; you decide whether to save or share them, and any receiving app or service handles them under its own rules.
You can export your information or delete your account in the app’s “Account & Privacy” settings. Deletion removes your account, its associated private records and character progress, and sign-in sessions. Provider backups may remain until overwritten under the provider’s backup cycle; deletion does not mean they are cleared immediately. See Delete Account for details.
Service Changes and Contact
We maintain the app and website, and features may change for security, technical, or service reasons. If these terms change materially, we will update this page and its date and announce the change in an appropriate place.
